Do I need a router?

No. All Easy Connect and Stream Connect plans come with a WiFi-enabled ONT that broadcasts WiFi directly. No ISP router required.
Is there a data cap?
▾
All plans are fully uncapped. There is a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) — but for normal household use, including streaming, gaming, and working from home, you'll never be affected.
How long does installation take?
▾
Typically 5–10 business days from order date. Openserve will schedule a technician visit. WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through the process step by step.
Can I get fibre without a contract?
▾
Yes. The Prepaid Compact Fibre option lets you pay month-to-month. Get a 30-day voucher from R349 or a 7-day top-up for R99. The starter pack (installation + 14 days data) is now free.
What's included in the Prime Video offer?
▾
All contract fibre plans include 3 months of Amazon Prime Video at no charge. After the promotional period, Prime Video is R79/month added to your Telkom bill automatically unless cancelled.
